Starting with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Alan Canas initially focused his career on gaining a thorough and practical understanding of the financial side of business. As a General Ledger Agent with HS Resources in San Francisco, Alan spent four years building up a solid knowledge base in all areas of accounting. Alan then became a successful entrepreneur owning his own online gourmet gift business, BeyondGourmet.com. After obtaining his California Real Estate License, Alan has been making things happen in and around the Bay Area.
In any sales industry, a good track record is important. On average, new real estate agents close one transaction in their first 18 months of licensing. Alan has closed 14 transactions in his first 18 months of receiving his realtor license.
