Final Words Set for Prop. 8 Trial

The judge who will decide the fate of Prop. 8 will hear final arguements during pride month.

Proposition 8 Judge Vaughn Walker told attorneys on both sides of the issue to prepare for their final words on June 16.
Judge Walker is being asked to decide if California’s ban on gay marriage violates the U.S. Constitution. He has been reviewing the case for several months.
